DESCRIPTION

You exhale a blast of freezing wind to slow your enemies’ movement.

Creatures in the affected area take 1d8 points of nonlethal cold damage per caster level (maximum of 20d8), and are exhausted. A successful Reflex save results in half damage and the affected creatures are fatigued instead (creatures that are already fatigued do not become exhausted). The exhausted or fatigued condition ends when the target recovers from the nonlethal damage dealt by this spell.
