DESCRIPTION

As your foes draw near you, fear steals into their hearts.

You emanate an aura of terror causing all non-allies within this spell’s area, or that later enter the area, to become panicked unless they succeed on a Will save. If cornered, a panicked creature begins cowering.  A successful save causes creatures in the area to become shaken for 1 round. Creatures that leave the area and come back must save again to avoid being affected.
