DESCRIPTION

You consume lingering magic to power your own.

This spell functions as dispel magic except that if you successfully counter a spell as it is being cast, end on ongoing spell or spell-like effect, or suppress the properties of a magic item, you also absorb the magical energy and use it to regain a single spell slot of a level equal to or lower than the spell  or spell-like effect you counterspelled or dispelled.

Special: If your sorcerer bloodline grants you bloodline power with a limited number of uses per day, you may regain a single use of that power.
