DESCRIPTION

Your mental assault leaves your foe reeling. With a thought, you can force the foe to the ground if it tries to move.

This attack deals 1d6 points of damage per caster level (maximum 15d6) and if the target moves before the start of your next turn, you can knock the target prone at any point during that movement and an immediate action. If the target succeeds at its Will save, it takes half damage and is immediately knocked prone instead.

This attack has no effect on creatures without an Intelligence score.
