DESCRIPTION

You exhale a blast of lightning at your foes. The lightning then forms a ring around you, repelling nearby attackers.

Creatures in the affected area take 1d6 points of electricity damage per caster level (maximum of 5d6). A successful Reflex save results in half damage.

Until the end of your next turn, you make a bull rush against any creature that makes a melee attack against you. Resolve the bull rush after the triggering attack. Your CMB for this bull rush is equal to your caster level plus your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier, whichever is highest. This bull rush does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

At 11th caster level, any creature attacking you is automatically moved 1 square away from you before resolving the bull rush attempt (if any).

Special: A sorcerer with the draconic bloodline creates an electric barrier that lingers for 3 rounds (or 5 rounds at 11th level) and any creature any creature striking you with its body or a handheld weapon also takes 2d6 points of electricity damage (Reflex half). If the attacker has spell resistance, it applies against this damage.
