DESCRIPTION

A bolt of lightning leaps from each of your hands.

This spell creates up to two strokes of electrical energy that each deals 1d8 points of electricity damage per caster level (maximum 15d8) to all creatures in the area. You may fire the bolts into the same area, damaging each creature twice and allowing two saving throws for half damage.

Special: Sorcerers with the arcane elemental or stormborn bloodline also cause affected creatures to become paralyzed for 1 round if the d20 shows an even number on their saving throw or staggered  for 1 round if the  d20 shows an odd number on their saving throw.
