DESCRIPTION

As lightning strikes your foe, thunder batters creatures around it.

The target 1d10 points of electricity damage per caster level (maximum 10d10). If the target fails a Reflex saving throw against this damage, the target and each creature adjacent to it also takes 1d8 points of sonic damage (Fortitude negates).
