DESCRIPTION

Icy plates form over your enemy’s body, draining its strength.

The target takes 1d8 points of cold damage per caster level (maximum 25d8) and 3d6 points of Strength damage. A successful Fortitude saving throw halves both damage amounts. If the saving throw fails, the target takes 3d8 points of cold damage each round and regardless of the target’s new score Strength, it gains heavy encumbrance and is unable to fly (if already flying, it must land as soon as possible) for the duration of the spell.

Special: A sorcerer with the elemental (water) bloodline also deals 8d8 points of cold damage to each creature adjacent to the target.
